Employee Policy Settings

Your Chronopolicy administrators author group policy settings for departments and individual policy settings for employees within their assigned administrative scope.  These policy settings include three coloring schedules (for work, break, and lunch periods) and a list of advanced settings which define work expectations for a given week (i.e. days per week, hours per day, breaks per day, minutes per break, and more).

Timesheet Event Recording

Add searchable timesheet records that include an event timestamp, an event type (for work, break, lunch, and offline periods), and an event authorization which is automatically approved or declined based on timesheet policy settings and recorded into a performance error log.

Automated Error Logging

Using our employee scheduling software, you'll be equipped with an automated error logging feature that offers an effortless review of employee performance.  Performance errors are reported as a result of work activity that disregards the employee's timesheet policy settings.

Delegated Administration

Chronopolicy has made available three types of administrative accounts for delegation purposes including root, global, and standard administrators.  The root administrator is the owner of the site, the administrators, the departments, and the exclusive billing system.  Global administrators supervise departments across the entire site.  Standard administrators have a customizable scope whereas they supervise only within assigned departments. This creates a powerful three-level tier of administration.

Company Holidays & Vacations

Chronopolicy has prepared a collection of standard company holidays that your company observes.  Create records to document vacation, personal, and sick time in addition to these holidays.  Our employee scheduling software includes an automated error logging feature which subtracts company holidays and vacations from daily and weekly scans in order to more accurately inform you of employee performance errors.
